I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes!
In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too.
On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts.
From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives.
We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

There was not a Sunday school concept in India when I was growing up. But I went to a Veena (an Indian instrument) class on Sundays. 2. There were no after school activities. 3. Yes , my evenings were busy with extracurricular activities which I enrolled myself. There was a teacher in my neighborhood who taught language and prayer classes and I was in every one of them. 4. My son’s autism really did dampen my socialization so I am not involved with anything much.

Did you attend Sunday School at your local church as a child? – Yes, Sunday School but it was in a house on the same council estate where I lived. I remember we always ended up playing board games and that was the best part.
We attended the first part of the church service then trooped into the back room for our Sunday School lesson.

No!

Nopes!
Did you go to evening classes after you had left school?
No my education was linear. School, college, med school. Had no time for extra cuticular activities or extra classes.

No, never found the time. I used to go to the gym but always on my own.
I’m answering here as all my answers are a boring no.
Not boring at all Sadje. I went to Sunday school, which was in a back room after the church service but before the adult sermons, I didn’t do anything after school apart from help out once for a school play, I went to evening classes to learn how to type for about two weeks as my hands swelled because my fingers wouldn’t bend the way they were supposed to to hit the keys, and now I don’t belong to any clubs or groups at all.
