Tuesday will do…….. it has been a long day and I am shattered.
Shattered to such an extent that I am having to forego some of my favourite challenges today as I am just too tired to think.
Tomorrow is another day but we shall be busy in the morning and I have a doctor’s appointment in the afternoon. I’m never going to catch up with it all but have responded to comments and approved pingbacks today.
Have a lovely evening everyone. It’s quarter to midnight and I’m finally signing off for the day!

good night sleep well Di π
Thank you
Sleep well! I still do a doubletake when you say how “shattered” you are. For it has such a different meaning here, but I learned. π
I find it interesting how different words have such contrasting meanings in different countries.
It really is! There are so many.
Sweet dreams!!
I hope you have a lovely rest and come back to us refreshed π
Thank you. I always seem to be playing catch up these days but hopefully I can get back into the sawing of things once the bathroom is complete. Nearly there.
Life does tend to ebb and flow that way, it won’t be long until you get a smoother patch π
I shall be glad when the bathroom is completely finished. It’s taken a toll on Hubby.
It will all be worth it in the end, just keep the goal in mind and get through the slog!
That’s what we keep saying. It looks better than it did last week!
We seem to having too many days like this lately!
Ha! How true!!
I hope you have a moment to relax. I too am so tired. I haven’t written anything in days. By the time I am done reading and responding to comments, I am ready for a nap!
Me too and I am cutting back on posts as I haven’t the energy!
I’m exhausted. My dad has Covid too. A lot of people here are getting this new strain.
It was doing the rounds here not that long ago, but things seem to have settled down again…….. or people aren’t saying.
Hope you Dad’s case is mild. Is he coping with it OK?
I haven’t been able to contact him but the home where he is said he is in good spirits, getting up and eating and drinking. π€π»
Sounds positive.Wishing him a speedy recovery.
I got a call today that they gave him a shower and he was doing okay. They put the entire Memory Care unit into lockdown after having three positive tests. Better to avoid the flare-up before it happens, I can’t go until I test negative.
Good to hear
I retested today and it still says positive
bummer. Are you feeling better though?
Starting to feel better every day. My dad is still in a transition phase but since I haven’t seen him in two weeks he had no idea who I was! πͺ
I know that feeling. Mum used to get quite distressed as she didn’t recognise my voice on the phone which is why I continued to write as she knew who sent the letters.
A long needed rest I’d say, for both of you.
Still got work to do…………Hubby is pushing himself really hard as he has a hospital appointment next week.
I hope you slept really well and the doctors appointment went well ππππ
Not really, but the feet are good and I kept my reflexes in check!!
Excellent ππ
