Linda is our host and Wendy has provide the prompt of EXERCISE
I used to joke that the only exercise I ever got was walking up and down from the dart board and picking my darts off the floor.
Having a dog to take for walks is the only real exercise I get these days, though that is not as far or as long as I would like due to my current back issues. However, exercise has never really been my thing though way back in 1990 I joined an aerobics class and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially as there were floor exercises afterwards to tone up the muscles. I couldn’t do half of those today as my knees are shot. Getting old sucks.

Well at least your walking, that is a good way to get exercise in! Even if it isn’t as far as you’d like!
I tried to do one of those Zumba classes. It was like line dancing aerobics. Since I have trouble with right and left, it was a disaster. I gave it two classes then quit. I nearly knocked a woman over when I zigged when I should have zagged… I think there was an audible sigh of relief when I stopped coming!
A friend and I got thrown out of an exercise and beauty class as we were laughing so much holding our pencils between our forefingers and leaning left then right.
I miss my hydrotherapy sessions at the hospital. I can’t get a place now because of my on-going leg problem. I do walk everyday, even if it’s just going down to the shop for a newspaper. It’s painful, but needs must.
Likewise with my back. Sometimes it helps to walk, sometimes not.
