Unlike Fibbing Friday, the concept is quite simple in that I ask a question and you reply honestly and truthfully.

In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too.
On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts.
From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives.
We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

We can’t afford professionals so it’s DIY or not at all
Likewise for anything but gas.
I rather will go for professionals as lack of knowledge it’s not for me to do it . Where as the work made by concerned person should be done by that person only.
I was very keen on doing things myself. But with age and the different restrictions imposed on me by my surgeries, I now prefer to get the professionals in. Besides I mess it up too.

I can honestly say that I’m not very good at DIY. I even struggle at times with the basics. My brother is only a phone-call away and lives in my city, so he’s helped me out a lot. As I’m in rented accommodation, I can also ring the Council for the bigger repairs (heating, electricity etc.).
Lucky you that your council maintain your property. Some don’t.
Tricky to do Truthful Tuesday and Fibbing Friday! Pretty soon you’ll be all loopy wondering what is true and what is not! Lol! 🤪
I schedule them after preparation on different days! I’m loopy already so no problems there! lol
