It is a beautiful day and I’ve been up for a couple of hours.
For once, I was awake before Maya so had the opportunity to wake up in my own time rather than to her persistent nosing and pacing to go out.
Still, it’s a good start to the day and as Nina would say, I’m feeling good.
The washing is on, and I’m trying to decide what to do for lunch. I’ve taken nothing out of the freezer so our choices are tuna fishcakes, corned beef hash, fish, or ginger and pineapple with rice. If Hubby nips into the supermarket on the way back from his INR and picks up some fresh chicken, I could add that to the sauce or do a curry.
