Some of my regular readers may be aware that after a disastrous farce with our current broadband provider (four hours on hold is not acceptable and now the b******s have charged us £11.22 for wasting MY time), we have kicked them into touch and will be ‘off the air’ on April 10th. You can bet your bottom dollar this termination will come into force at 00.01hr on said 10th, so pensitivity101 will be quiet on Sunday. I am trying to schedule what I can in case our new provider doesn’t link us up until 23.59hr on the 11th.
The good news is that the necessary kit is due to arrive tomorrow.
There’s still Saturday!!

Us too Fandango. We are not impressed with our current provider, their website, or their customer service. Being on hold for hours is bad enough, but them charging us is outrageous especially as it;s the only number so used for faults too. It’s not acceptable and I shall be glad when we’ve slammed the door.
We will wait for your return. You are worth it.

Good grief – talk about adding insult to injury! All phone calls to the provider should be free.
So they should………… we can’t get rid of them fast enough.
