  9. What motivates you to follow or unfollow a blog?
  10. What is your blogging pet peeve?

    Here are my answers:

  1. Do you respond to every comment, even if it is just an emoji?
If someone has taken the time to comment on my blog, I do respond to each one.
  2. Are there styles, colors, or fonts that make reading a blog more difficult?
I wear glasses, but sometimes the font size is too small. Some blogs are really graphic and have some fantastic images, but I find them a bit ‘busy’ for my taste.
  3. Under what circumstances would you block a user?
Being rude, abusive or passing obscene or offensive comments.
  4. Are there certain topics you refuse to engage with?
I avoid the usual three: sex, politics and religion, but that doesn’t mean that I ignore them, I just don’t expand on them.
  5. How do you feel about blogging awards?
They are a good way to introduce new bloggers, but most awards have done the rounds umpteen times and having to list 10 to 15 new bloggers as one of ‘the rules’ is too much.
  6. How old is your current blog?
Pensitivity101 is my only blog and was born on September 1st 2013.
  7. Do you respond to prompts?
    Loads, and enjoy them all.
  8. Do the number of your blog followers matter to you?
The numbers are all very nice, but I do not kid myself that they all read my blog.
If that were the case, my daily viewing stats would be in their thousands!
Comments and the interaction of my readers is far more important.
  9. What motivates you to follow or unfollow a blog?
Topic content, variety and pets will encourage me to follow, and once I do, it is rare I unfollow someone. If I do, it’s because their blog format may have changed or I simply do not share the same interests.
  10. What is your blogging pet peeve?
None as a rule, but I do find it annoying when someone reblogs my work with no explanation or comment even though it is credited to me. Another ‘peeve’ is someone likes something and asks me to follow them in the comments. I will check their site out though but that’s about as far as it goes.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too. On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

Reblogging is an topic, Di. Did you read Hugh Robert’s post he shared from Deborah Jay? It was a copyright infringement because of a reblog. Here’s the link if you have not seen it.

I agree with much of this 🙂 It is odd that someone would reblog without making any comment… Blessings to you ❤
