Not all that long ago, the sand was flat and smooth. Not so today, and our sea defences are taking a hammering.
If you turn 180º though, you were faced with this:
Nature’s sand art is still apparent, and sometimes a piece of driftwood catches my eye
I took this of the sand, sea and sky, yet you cannot make out where one starts and another finishes, so it’s just as well you can just make out the windfarm on the horizon! The sky was certainly confused this morning.
There was a weather front rolling in: below is not breaking waves
But there is always a slither of blue
Hope you enjoyed the walk on the beach, and taking so many pictures!
It was really nice today, especially as I had 2 cocker spaniels bring their balls to me to throw. Wonderful.
