This week, it’s cupcakes and muffins.
My first thought was of Paula Light as she adores cupcakes.
Over here in the UK, cup cakes are probably what we used to call fairy cakes, those lovely light little things Mum used to make in bun tins.
Going with that then, plain was OK
but iced was better
and butterfly cakes the best!
I have a terrible sweet tooth, and fondant fancies were always a favourite
Blueberry muffins are popular in our house because Hubby can eat them with no repercussions. We get a pack of four for less than a pound.
