Truthful Tuesday: November 23rd, 2021

Frank is our host for Truthful Tuesday which is seeing some changes.
You can read his thought processes here
In short,
“Since this entire post has essentially been about the changes I’m testing out for Truthful Tuesday, change will be the topic for this week. If you run a prompt, how much have you tweaked and modified your prompt from what it initially started as? If you don’t run a prompt, what deliberate changes have you made to your blog since you first started blogging? In either case, have there been any unintentional changes that just sort of happened on their own? “
I run the daily Three Things Challenge word prompt and alternate with Frank for Fibbing Friday. The latter has seen some image changes, and we both stick to ten questions, some on a topic, some not, whereas our predecessor didn’t limit her number of questions.
We have seen some fantastic and inspired responses, and I look forward to reading the responses every week.

For over two years I ran Take Seven on Fridays which incorporated all 21 words of the closing week’s 3TC.  This was never set as a challenge as such, though I did have a few takers sometimes. I stopped doing it a few weeks ago as I was running out of ideas and I don’t think I’ll be reinstating it.

There’s not much I can change about the Three Things Challenge which I have also been hosting for more than two years, other than the wording and whatever logo I use. It still seems popular so I am sticking with it for the foreseeable future. I am definitely aiming for 1000, so that’s a fair way off at the moment!

As for my blog, I try to keep the content varied and hopefully interesting. My Today Is…… posts are well received as have recent photos taken with the new camera. Our life is quite straightforward and I’m happy to share a lot of it.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.
