It’s a year ago today we lost Maggie.
The hole in our lives is as big as ever, but we have happy memories and are grateful she chose us all those years ago and that we were blessed with her for almost 16 years.
I took these pictures of the last rose on her bush yesterday:
We love you Sweetheart

So beautiful, Di. But sixteen years of happiness is good to look back on. The picture of her content face says it all xx
Hi Steve. The photo was taken just after her 14th birthday. When I look back at that and the pictures I took in the last few months, she looked so tired and aged. I have some lovely pictures of her.
Knowing how full my picture files are with shots of Tess, I can well imagine…. Seize the day!
I’ve got loads of pictures of Maggie everywhere!
And they’ll be treasured forever ❤️
Definitely!!
Hugs 🫂🤗
Thanks Sadje.
You’re welcome
aww how cute!!!!
We miss her terribly.
Aww, sweet Maggie 💖 We never forget our furry companions. Gradually the stab to the heart at their loss begins to fade, to be replaced by happy heart-warming memories.
She was a gem.
🙂
Sad times, but happy memories?
Yes Jen. Very much so, and a lot of them.
I guess life is not the same without her 🐶💕 what a beautiful rose! Beautiful as her 🐶
Thank you. We miss her still, but have such wonderful memories.
That rose is so pristine – without a hint of rust on the petals. Guess it is a reflection of your memories of a beloved Maggie! (Hugs)
They have all been lovely, as are our memories.
She was beautiful and now her roses are beautiful. She chose very well when she chose you and she will be in your hearts forever.
Always Fransi, and that night light still comes on for no reason!
There’s a reason. She’s visiting ❤️
I know, and she’s welcomed.
I know, and so does she.
❤
She’s there somewhere tugging at a lead, using those eyes to melt you into some indiscretion. Happy Maggie Day
Thanks Geoff. She’s always with us
Oh! goodness , is it really a year it doesn’t seem possible 💜💜
I know.
