Blogging Insights – New Format # 16

Dr Tanya now gives us a quote to work with for the Blogging Insights series.

How very true this is.
Blogging serves a purpose for most of us, be it to air our thoughts, have outside contact, inspire us to write and create stories, poetry, or photographs.

Taking them one by one:
I love to share in other people’s stories or ideas, plus my own thoughts and opinions on some topics.
To connect is vital for those who are housebound, alone or who would not have much contact with anyone should they wish it. Connection is also a factor of community spirit, where one can voice one’s concerns and find support. Sometimes strangers can offer a better perspective because they are on the outside looking in and not swayed by attachment. I will never forget the kindness and support I have received here from my WP family.
To inspire someone leads to creativity, and that can have a full circle effect so we have the best of both sides of the coin.
To all the bloggers who set so many varied challenges, you are indeed an inspiration to us all and bring out the creative streak in most of us, so

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.
