Spam bots

The last couple of days have seen the same message dumped in my spam folder, and today an extension of it also hit my trash box.
The post they all link to is a Write Photo challenge from a few weeks ago and the comments praising me for my informative expertise about property and how much they have learned from my article.
I suppose they picked it up from my mention of ‘mansion’, ‘cottage’ and ‘house’ in my take which was a ghost story!

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too. On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

Haha! I’d really like to know who they really are.

  2. I get a lot of very polite Spam comments also and I know it is Chinese or Russians that are just looking to stick their nose into me business.

  3. I learned much from your mansion of your cottage house.

  4. Some of those spam comments can be silly and hilarious!

I got a ton from a post about my vacation. They all complimented me on my excellent post and told me how they learned so much. And would I be interested in purchasing a time share… It came from different addresses and different countries but the message was the same verbatim!

They are the weirdest things. My wife received a load about enlarging a specific non female part of the anatomy linked back to something she posted about a quilt project she was involved in where the prompt was Roald Dahl characters: her choice? Willy Wonka!
