QUESTIONS

Do you believe in second chances?
Hubby and I both took a second chance on marriage 30 years ago so that worked for us.
However, would we give someone a second chance? That would depend on what they did to blow the first one.

Is your glass half full or half empty?
Always half full, however, even if it was half empty, I would make sure I knew where the tap was.

Would you rather someone be honest and hurt your feelings or lie to protect them?
Honest. My feelings have been hurt beyond measure and I’ve dealt with it, so tell me like it is.

When have you felt your biggest adrenaline rush?
My whale watch trip in Kai Koura in 2010. WOW!

GRATITUDE SECTION

What are you grateful for?
I am grateful for what I have, and the fact I have someone to share it with.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

    Lovely gratitude answer.

  2. Thanks, Di for Sharing Your World! Lovely gratitude meme, thank you for sharing that! 😀 I agree that the second chance question depends on what happened to cause a problem. If it’s severe enough, I know I’m not that forgiving and I rarely forget. Honesty is the best policy but another blogger suggested something called ‘diplomatic honesty’, where yes, you tell the truth, but you don’t go out of your way to cause someone else pain or hurt feelings. I doubt you do those even so! Your gratitude sentiment was lovely and yes, if we count our blessings, they’re far more numerous than we might realize! Have a wonderful week!
