I’ve woken up with thoughts of the personal touch and as I started my post, realised I’d already done one with the title I had in mind. This is it.
With Covid still rampant judging by the number of new cases beginning to rise again every day, hugs and personal contact are not so much forthcoming as they were when I wrote this. The theme for my new post was not along the same lines as these and will follow shortly.
One of my favourite albums from the 70s was ‘Touch me in the Morning’ by Diana Ross.
The single was her second solo Number One when it was released in 1973.
Sadly I made the mistake of lending my copy to a friend who never gave it back and I haven’t been able to replace it.
Touch is one of our Five Senses.
Whilst the other four (sight, hearing, smell, and taste) are located in specific parts of the body, the sense of touch is found all over.
