Blogging Insights– Blogging Experience

Nip over and join Dr Tanya for her Blogging Insights series.

Today’s question:
What has your blogging experience taught you?

I started my blog in September 2013, firmly believing that no-one would be interested in what I had to say or write about.
That has been turned on its head, and I am proud to be part of a blogging community that cares about its members.
I remember the support I had through my cancers, and the wonderful thoughts and kindness shown to me when we lost my Mum and Maggie.
I hope I have been equally supportive in similar circumstances.
I truly believe I have found my niche here, together with an extended family and some special friends.
My imagination has taken off in various directions, my poetry has developed in different styles, and the challenges have opened up new ideas.
Those who are kind enough to participate in the challenges I set are amazing in their thought processes, some of which I would never have thought of and find fascinating  the way the mind thinks.
Thank you all.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.
