Question Fun – S4 – G4

More random questions from Rory

1. Are you happy with all your body parts?
Seeing as a bit is missing now, yeah, though I could do with less of me in some places, and it would be nice if the achy bits didn’t ache so often.

2. What is the worst song ever?
It’s a tie:
Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep, Mull of Kintyre, Under your Thumb and Karma Chameleon

3. What’s the strangest culinary thing you have ever done with a bowl of fruit?
The mind boggles, but I guess photographed the contents for my blog!
4. What’s the sauciest/naughtiest thing you have ever done with whipped cream?
Not me, but Sis and Sister in Law had a food fight with it.

5. Okay, you have been tasked with inviting 7 famous yet dead people to your dinner party – who is on your list and more importantly why those 7?
Elizabeth 1 and Shakespeare (really want to know if they were friends), Norman Wisdom because he always made me laugh, Greer Garson because I think she was beautiful, Queen Victoria because I get the impression she would be far from amused with recent goings on with a certain member of the Royal Family and his missus, Bruce Lee as he’d definitely kick some ass, and John Wayne just in case things got out of hand.
It would certainly be an interesting night of conversation!

6. What goes up but never down until it stops?
An escalator.

7, If l have a head, a foot and four legs what am l?
I hope a bed. If not, keep taking the pills.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too. On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

    Nicely answered Di 🙂

Are you a supporter of the Royal Family? Did the Harry and Meghan thing cause concern for you? I don’t think Victoria would be amused at all …. but the Royals have changed so very much in the last twenty years . But then, Harry and Meghan are not the first – but they might be the last …. interesting.

    • Not really, though I respect our Queen enormously and Hubby meet Prince Philip when he was serving. I have no time for H and MM at all. To me she is an actress who walks away from a role as soon as she tires of it. This wasn’t a bed of roses, parties, posh houses, and grandeur, she had to work at it, and IMO failed miserably. Sadly Harry is besotted. I hope they find whatever they’re looking for, and leave the limelight completely, but then MM wouldn’t like that either.
Now Wills and Kate are another matter, and I have a LOT of time for them, and I’m interested in several other members of the royal family of that generation.

    Very interesting answers

  3. Wonderful answers! ❤ It's a bit sad (to me) that the 'leaders' of the current free world are so nasty in their private lives…. what a bunch of losers! Ain't sayin' that I'd do a better job though, you couldn't pay me enough to take over…
