Fancy A Weekend Quickie?!! 28th December

Well, my weekend was over so quick, I missed it, but Rory didn’t!
Check it out here

How much encouragement would you need to take a leap of faith into the unknown?
It would depend on what it was, and who I was doing it with.
Generally speaking though, I think it would take a lot, or I’d have to be drunk.
Why do they not totally kill the aggressor in horror films to prevent them from coming back to life to hunt them down?
MONEY!!!! They know when they’re onto a good thing for the franchise!
As you have aged have you become more so or less so – happier?
There is no doubt whatsoever that I’m happier than I was pre Hubby, but this year has been the pitz, and we have faced a lot of sadness.
What were the things you both liked and hated about your schooling as a youngster?
I loved junior school where my efforts were encouraged.
I hated Grammar school because one teacher was a bully and forever picking on me. Thanks to her, she knocked my confidence, and made me doubt myself.

If ‘fear’ wasn’t an issue for you, what would you do?
Offer counselling on how to beat it.
What’s the one thing that people always misunderstand about you?
Why I give those who hurt me so many chances.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too. On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

Giving second chances is a part of your generous nature. I understand the grief part so well.

Your last questions, what people misunderstand about you, is so relatable. I am the same way. I give far too many chances, I never learn my lesson!
