Rory is our host for this series, so let’s get stuck in with his six questions this week.
Why do they say “It’s not rocket science?’ Probably because whatever it is doesn’t need in-depth thinking about. |
Do you feel that everyone has an artist in them? Yep. Everyone is different, but we all have a special something. It’s just finding it, recognising it, and using it. |
Do you prefer writing during the day or the evening? My time is my own, so I write when I’m in the mood. Sometimes that’s a lot, sometimes not so much. |
Do you hoard clutter or constantly de-clutter? Living on a boat for three years we couldn’t hoard anything even if we wanted to, there simply wasn’t the space. Now we are back on land, we have what we need, have the occasional treat or indulgence (what we term as US presents), but storage here is minimalistic, and I don’t like what my Mum used to call ‘muddles’ permanently on show. |
Are you a confident person? I am more confident than I was 35 years ago thanks to Hubby loving me for the person I am. What you see is what you get, I have no reason to pretend to be something I’m not, and if you don’t like me, I can live with that! |
What is a hobby you wish you had more time to enjoy? I’m not really into hobbies, but I enjoy card making as my readers already know. I intend to try and read more as I have several books that I haven’t even opened yet. |
I would have classified the puzzle pictures as a hobby along with the card making. To me a hobby is anything you do for enjoyment in your free time – which blogging, writing stories and the occasional poem would also quality!
Never thought of it like that, and I have my music too. So maybe I have more hobbies than I thought!! Thanks!
Reading is one thing, I wish I had more time for
I haven’t read a book for over 2 years! Must try harder!!!
I did a couple recently. Lessening the blogging has given me some spare time.
I’m hoping to revisit my time management and make more time to relax.
That’s a good idea.
Muddles is expressive 🙂
One of Mum’s favourite sayings was to put our muddles away.
Di, I think you’ll enjoy reading once you get into a good book! i know I do! xo
It’s finding something that holds my interest
