|How do you prevent boredom entering into your life and are you able to list 6 effective ways in which others could introduce to stop it from entering theirs?
Try not to have the same meals on specific days and do the usual mundane things in a different order, (though I appreciate some people have to have this kind of routine)
Get outside even if just for a walk or to go shopping,
Try a new hobby and explore your creative side (or find it),
Experiment in the kitchen,
If you can, get up late at least once a week,
Ditch the TV or at least remove it from the bedroom.
Good ways to fight boredom.
