Today I cooked a McCheese for Hubby and a tomato pasta for me, so as they were ‘fresh dishes’ I took pictures to submit for the bake off challenge.
I soaked the pasta in boiling water while making the cheese sauce for his dish and chopped tomatoes, an onion and some green beans in a separate pan for mine with a stock cube, garlic and italian herbs.
I put the drained pasta in the relevant dish, cover his with the sauce, and mine with the tomato mix (making sure the pasta is covered on all sides), then sprinkle grated cheese on the top and cook for half an hour at 180 C.
Both were tasty today. Excuse his finger in the way. He was getting ready to dip!
