Rory has another challenge today. You can check it out here
Do you believe in ‘love at first sight?’ Depends what I’m looking at. Was it love at first sight for me and Hubby? Hell no! I insulted his car and did all the talking on our first meeting. However, we liked each other, trusted each other on sight, and well, here we are 31 years later…… |
Cake, Dessert or ice cream and if not, why not and if so which one and why? Black Forest Gateau was the favourite, but now it’s cheesecake. I shouldn’t have it as it’s terribly synful even if I make it, but it’s so yummy, so a real treat when I do. |
If you were to dance to music when no one was looking to judge or criticise or laugh what music would you listen to? I like the 60s and 70s up tempo. I’ve always wished I could jive. |
Could you spend the night in the property on 108 Ocean Avenue formerly numbered as 112 Ocean Avenue aka The Amityville Horror House or any property in which there has been a significant and profound event or even a reputedly haunted house or would it simply not bother you? Probably not. I have an uncanny sixth sense and pick up on negative vibes sometimes which stopped us buying a house when we first got together. It turned out someone was killed there decades before. |
Have you ever had your palm read, your tarot done or any other alternative prediction rituals performed? I’ve had my palm read twice, once by a woman, and once by a bloke. The woman said I would die young, have one child and when I asked if my (to be ex) husband was the father of my baby, she didn’t answer me. Five years later the bloke said I’d have one happy union, three children but wouldn’t necessarily be married to the father and a serious illness in my thirties. OK then: my happy union is Hubby. The children were probably my foster kids, but I had 15, not 3, and my serious illness in my 30s was my acute depression. I was party to a Ouija board once which totally unnerved me as we got a message in POLISH warning about a car accident. The guy whose parents were from Poland put his car in for MOT the following week, and it had dodgy brakes. |
The last incident was spooky. Interesting answers
Never touched a Ouija since.
👍
Ooh excellently spooky Di, nicely done and thanks for the music hints – can now reel off some Hello dedications to you 🙂
thanks Rory
