Lovely! 🙂
Sun working it’s magic
Wow, I love it.
Isn’t it beautiful? The ancient mariner won’t be far behind and I counted ten buds on that!
Beautiful. 🙂
Isn’t it just.
Just a little spark of color to brighten it all up! I used to try and get all my plants to somehow “match” but when Bob and my kids started buying me plants for mothers day they didn’t think like that, that picked out what they thought I would like. I am very grateful for that because I love seeing all different colors now!
We bought a mixed box of flower seeds and emptied the lot into the flower bed. This is their second year. We’ll have to weed it when they die off, but for now, it’s a haven for bees and butterflies.
WOW!!! That’s incredible and beautiful
The ancient mariner will be even more stunning as I counted 10 buds on that today.
Wow!! I am certainly not the greenest thumb you’ll ever know, but it seems to me you are having wonderful results in a relatively short period of time. You haven’t been there that long.
This is our third year and the garden was empty and soulless. We were given the red In Loving Memory and Ancient Mariner as house warming gifts, and we bought the Peace rose in 2018 shortly after Mum died. Last year we had a couple of blooms but nothing on Peace at all. The bushes were cut right back and have thrived, so we are well pleased. Last year was not good for crops either, but we seem to be doing better this time.
I remember when you moved and received those plants. I discovered your blog after you were off the boat but hadn’t moved here yet.
Glad you signed on Fransi. You are one of a elect few I consider extended family ❤
