I don’t mind paying a little bit extra as long as I get value for money, but if I feel I’ve been short changed for whatever reason, I tend to say something, especially when it comes to food shopping.
I did a post on rice pudding, but didn’t complain about that as Hubby has since gone off them, but I did about Maggie’s dog biscuits when there were few charcoal ones in the box.
More recently I wrote to a yogurt manufacturer as the colour, texture and flavour of their vanilla yogurt had changed and I asked if it was a different recipe.
In order to compensate me for my disappointment and postage, I received vouchers in the post sufficient to purchase some more expensive items in their range to try.
