Preview

There’s this little box on the right hand side on my dashboard screen when I’m writing new posts which has the label ‘Preview’.
It’s a handy little gizmo as before the post goes live I’ve got a chance to see how it’ll look, especially if I’ve put in photographs or coloured text.
It’s quite a friendly little button, but sometimes the preview I’m expecting does not match what I’ve input, so it’s a case of juggling things around until I get it the way I wanted, and sometimes I screw it up altogether and have to start again!

Written (uninspiringly) for FOWC

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have an elderly dog called Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

I do that too, that is, when I remember!

  2. The preview button on mine sometimes makes my whole site freeze up. I just always hope that when I hit publish there aren’t any big issues.

  3. My post is highly uninteresting today! 🙂

Lol. If I could see, I would love that preview button. It would be a huge help to me. X
