What is society coming to?

And how can these people possibly call themselves human beings?

Hubby has just read about two supermarket delivery vans being attacked and set on fire in Bristol.
I read today about a supermarket member of staff being spat at, not to mention members of our precious NHS being subject to similar abuse.
Scam artists are ripping off the needy by taking their money under the guise of doing their shopping, never to return.
On the internet, people are being sent e-mails requesting their bank details for on-line deliveries that will never arrive.
I’ve already said about the bastards having a spitting contest up the road.
Now I read about youths going into supermarkets and licking tins and packaging.

THIS IS NOT A GAME YOU F***ING MORONS!!!!!!!!!

I would not wish ill of anyone, but I hope those idiots become infected and
‘THERE IS NO-ONE TO HELP YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPIDITY AND IGNORANCE.’

Rant over. Not often I ‘lose’ it.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have an elderly dog called Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

Oh my. Burning vans? Licking tins? Amongst other things.
Yeah, I am with you, that I hope they get it and I am like you, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

I’m speechless! I was just at the grocery and everyone was polite and respectful. Even though the shelves had some bare spots the stocking was being done and I think the hoarders have all spent their last dime. Now there is enough for the rest of us… I hope this kind of behavior is limited to the UK and doesn’t spread to this side of the Atlantic!

    • We’ve got some bloody dross over here who are always moaning about their piggin’ rights. So far, we haven’t seen anything like this in our town, just a couple of instances over a four pack of beans in one shop and some teacakes in another. Would’ve been quite funny if it hadn’t been pensioners………….

Bloody hell Di. How awful. I despair!

  7. Sometimes a rant is well deserved, it’s unbelievable how some people behave in these times. Keep well xx

  8. Paula Light says:

There was a time when looters in a crisis were subjected to extremely harsh penalties. I suggest a return to that for deliberate lickers, coughers, hoarders, hackers, etc. This is not a time to put up with their nonsense.

  9. Sadje says:

    Worse than inhuman!

  10. quiall says:

    Rant understood.

  11. Hard to believe some people have such a deficit of intelligence and decency 🤬

  12. willowdot21 says:
