You may remember I posted this a few days ago.
Well I made it today using the exact quantities as per my recipe (well, maybe a little less fat but not much) and this was the result.
The foil pie dish I used was 2 inches deep and seven inches across, so the biscuit crumb was quite thick.
I have a 150w hand mixer which is ideal for whipping things up and making my sponges.
The cream cheese is a non-brand at 59p for 200g and 300 ml of double cream cost 89p.
It looks like my neighbour and I will be having this for a few days as Hubby had one portion and it triggered his reflux within five minutes.
So if you want less biscuit base (and less calories) you can easily half those ingredients from my recipe for a dish this size.
And yes, it tasted as good as it looks!
