Just got back from weigh in and the good news is I am still within target.
The not so good news is ONLY JUST!
I’ve put on a pound since my last weigh in two weeks ago. A gain was actually expected as I started my new meds a fortnight ago, so tonight has given me a good idea of where I stand as regards my weight battle.
I feel lucky that it was only a pound, and even luckier that I have kept within target, but I am now only half a pound away from the upper bracket, and I really need to get back in the middle and be deserving of my target certificate.
I have stayed within that precious six pound boundary since August, only once dipping outside and that was too far the other way so I had to gain to maintain (if you see what I mean).
Dick didn’t help as recovery hindered my exercise, but I still stayed within that six pounds, just on the wrong side of my target weight instead! Throw in Christmas and now a change of meds, I am back to finding that happy balance and hopefully things will settle down.
