Fibbing Friday: 17th January 2020

This week it’s my turn to host the Fibbing Friday challenge as I alternate with PCGuyIV.
https://pcguyiv.wordpress.com/

As regular readers know, between us we have managed to keep the Fibbing Friday challenge going and thank you all for your support and participation.

Today is Maggie’s birthday. She is 15 and we have had her since she was a seven week old pup (cute alert), and no, this is not a fib.
Happy birthday sweetheart.

Below are 10 questions, the answers to which are entirely up to you.
The idea though is to fib: a little, a lot, tell whoppers, be inventive, silly or even outrageous as you avoid the truth or bend it a little wherever possible.

Write a post with your answers and tag it “Fibbing Friday” or #FibbingFriday, then link back to this post so that others can enjoy your answers and maybe join in too!
If you use WordPress, pingbacks are enabled, so as long as you link to this post, it should show up.
Bear in mind though that they are usually approved manually, so don’t be surprised if the link doesn’t show up immediately. You can also leave a link to your post in the comments.

Ready? Time for some fun then ………………….

1. What’s the difference between a hair and a whisker?
2. How many spots were there in 101 Dalmations?
3. What is the Flying Dog?
4. Why do we say ‘sick as a dog?’
5. What is meant by ‘going to the dogs’?
6. Who or what is ‘Goofy?’
7. Where is the Dog Star?
8. Where will you find puppies on a roll?
9. What are hush puppies?
10. What is the hair of the dog?

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have an elderly dog called Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.
