Pending Field trip!

I’ve made a shopping list, and although I won’t be able to carry anything, we are doing some major shopping today!
It’s all bulky stuff and topping up the freezer, but I am so looking forward to going out.
I managed two short walks yesterday and slept like a log last night.
I’m convinced that is what is helping most, the fact that I am sleeping so well and so deeply.

Should be getting the test results in a couple of weeks. Bit nervy about that even though we were assured that everything should be fine as there was ‘nothing there’.
Well there certainly isn’t now, but until they tell me definitely I’m in the clear, I can’t help thinking. Afterall, Dick turned up didn’t he, and he was a different strain, even if he was ‘contained’.

Still, will try not the think about that. PMA my dears, PMA.

Busy day today………. Hubby has his INR, then shopping, and he’s taking me to SW so that I can catch up with my friends and get weighed in. I think I’m the same as when I was weighed three weeks ago.Β  Watch this space!!

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

Walking helps in healing as it stimulates the blood flow and the process. Just be sure to listen to your body when it tells you that it is tiring.

    • Hello there!
I’m coming along in leaps and bounds thank you. I’ve driven a couple of times now too, only short distances, but it’s a start. Got the all clear last week which was terrific news. Have a good week. πŸ™‚
