Forward thinking

As we’re not too sure about what’s going to happen as regards Humphrey’s after effects, my blog may be pretty quiet for a few days (stop cheering!)…………………
I did say MAY!

I’m scheduling the Three Things Challenges for next week, but obviously there may be a delay in approving pingbacks and comments, but please don’t let that deter you from taking part. I’ll do the same with Fibbing Friday and hopefully come up with something brilliant (and you can stop laughing too!) questions for you to lie your socks off to.

Taking part in challenges may be a bit hit and miss, but it depends on where we are and internet access. In the meantime though, you’re stuck with me!Photo: Dec 2016 on the boat.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

I’m wishing you all the best and I’m looking forward to more blog posts very soon.

  4. Okay clearly I missed several memos and have no idea what “Humphrey” IS. 😐 As long as you’re feeling well, I’ll not worry and just wait quietly until you show up again. Keep us posted as much as you can though. Hugs to Maggie and your hubby, and of course to you!

    • He’s old news Melanie, but Humphrey is the name I gave to the cancerous lump I had removed three years ago. Seems there is some calcification that needs to be investigated further and possibly removed which I shall find out when I see my consultant so I may be away from my computer for a few days. I feel fine and not worried either way as I know I’m in good hands. It’s ironic though that this should turn up now as October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and I had my op on Oct 31st 2016..
