Beach Walk 13 September

We had a lovely walk along the prom this morning.
Maggie enjoyed it and was quite sociable with all the dogs we met which was nice.
We have a ‘target spot’ where Hubby can rest a while as there is no way we can walk the full distance to the next resort and back in one go. We’ve done it once, but now it’s just a memory unless we cheat and go in the car!

I took some photos with my phone today as the view across the beach is perhaps familiar to many of you.

Lovely, isn’t it, and there were so many dogs running in and out of the water chasing balls or just each other. It made a great start to the day.

I’m retiring for the night now, so see you tomorrow.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have an elderly dog called Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.
