About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have an elderly dog called Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

  1. Tom Burton says:

Thanks for considering me, Di! I’ve cut back on Blogging Awards on my website to try and simplify for readers easier, but I’m happy to add to this! 🙂
    1. Reminded of a loved one: ‘Remember Me’ (Thomas Bergerson)

    2. Food or drink: ‘Food, Glorious Food’ (Oliver the Musical)

    3. Rain or sunshine: ‘Here Comes The Sun’ (The Beatles)

  2. John Holton says:

Good choices, especially “Bring Me Sunshine.” Morecambe and Wise made it to our side of the Atlantic, and I always liked how they’d sing that at the end of the show. (And how that woman would walk out of the wings, push them aside, and thank everyone for watching her show…)

  3. Great song choices. I never even heard of Elkie Brooks before until now. Enjoyed that song quite a bit! Very nice job!!! 🤗

  4. Almost went with Eric & Ernie myself: great choice.
