Every week, Melanie gives us four or five questions to respond to.
Full details can be found here

These are her questions:

If you had to sum up the whole human species in 3 words, what would those words be?
Unpredictable,  diverse, intolerant

Where is the strangest place you’ve relieved yourself?  Obviously in an emergency situation.
Boringly enough, behind a bushy tree whilst the dog of the time kept watch!
This might not sound extraordinary, but you have to bear in mind that I’m the kind of gal who can’t pee in a field and needs a loo!

What is the worst smelling place you’ve ever been?
An outside privvy at a great uncle’s years ago. They had no indoor plumbing and any urge I had ‘to go’ disappeared!

How drunk is drunk enough?
IMO you shouldn’t try to find out. If driving, one alcoholic drink is one too many. Having lived with an alcoholic in denial, he never believed he was drunk when he got behind the wheel of his car after 8 pints and nearly killed us on the way home. I never let him drive me anywhere ever again.

Gratitude Is An Attitude!

If you’d like, please list five things that are priceless to you.

Hubby and Maggie of course, a photo of Barney our previous dog, a picture of my Mum and Dad, and a letter card from Bro about being a Sister.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

  3. Beautiful Share Your World, Di! Thanks! 😀 (and the bush is risky business enough. In my early 20s I was out walking the dog with a friend of mine (a woman, who was walking her two dogs). We rounded a corner into an alley and a guy was standing there weeing into the bushes. He didn’t even try to hide it. Over here (USA side) that kind of exhibitionism will get you arrested.
