Tuesday Photo Challenge – Outdoors

Frank gives us the theme of Outdoors this week, which could cover camping, boating, woodland walks, the beach, so I’m going with most of them!
Sadly I have no photos to hand of our camping trips, but before we bought the boat, we’d walk in the woods practically every day. The picture immediately below was a site we’d loved to have built a home in as it was tucked away in the woods off the beaten track.

The above two were on a visit back to the same woods when we returned to Lincolnshire.

The beauty of the marina with the silver birch trees flanking the dog walk beyond.

The wondrous golden sight of rape seed in the fields close to our cottage in 2013

The beach in November 2017, covered in snow.

And speaking of snow, the woods in December 2013

Wonderful memories.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! Due to a nightmare of a house sale in 2014, 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat until April 2017. We made strong friendships both on and off the water, and enjoyed swan and duck families for neighbours. Sadly times change and we now reside in a small bungalow a short distance from the beach on the Lincolnshire coast.
