I have just checked my syns for the darts supper tonight.
We won 9 – 5 so regained a bit of ground from last week’s hammering.
I played pretty well, and was partnered with the same guy as last week. He got our two winning doubles, but at least I didn’t cock anything up on the finishes. There were some good darts and games tonight.
Supper was sausages and chips.
I’ve looked them up in the SW bible syn list, and sausages are 3½ each (I had 2), and chips 5½ for 100g. If nothing else, I am getting very good at gauging my portion sizes, though obviously at home I have the scales to hand which are sitting on the worktop all the time now.
Before I went out, I had the two Hi-Fi bars, which were my option B today as I didn’t have the usual dried apricots on my cereal. Also I just had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast this morning, so just one syn compared to 4½.
Hubby had fish and wedges with veg for his dinner today, whereas I had my favourite tomato and mushroom pasta with my 30g of cheddar (2nd A option), loads of veg and another bowl of fruit.
My diligence has paid off and I have kept within my 15 syn allowance! I am so pleased.
Tomorrow we are having spaghetti bolognese, so that will be a ‘free’ dinner. I intend to be extra careful for the rest of the week as I’d like another pound to come off at weigh in.
Although was have a game next week, it’s a cup match knockout, so there won’t be any temptation with supper.
One stone certificate by the end of the month I hope!
