Here we are at the end of my second week, and despite the glitch of the darts supper and gain I mentioned on Friday, I have stuck with it.
Left: meringue (2½ syns) fruit salad with fat free yoghurt (1 syn) and granola sprinkle (2 syns)
Right: prawn and pasta salad. 1 syn for mayo
Left: chilli and rice with fresh tomatoes plus a potato as I put too much chilli powder in it!
Right: 3 egg mushroom omelette on lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes.
I syn for mayo and 1 syn for cooking oil
Left: 2nd day chilli with jacket potato and veg.

So, how did I do?
Last time round I lost 3 pounds in my second week and got my half stone certificate. I’m not expecting that this time, but a pound would be nice…………………..
Hurrah!! I lost one and a half pounds!
No darts this week, so I’m going for that half stone certificate next week.
