Oh, oh, oh…………….. food!
Thanks Frank for this week’s theme of layer.
I make a decent lasagna, which is layers of mince mix, pasta and cheese sauce twice, topped with grated cheese and garnished with sliced tomato. You can’t see the layers because this one had just come out of the oven.
Then of course we have to satisfy my sweet tooth!
This is a google image of a peanut butter stack, those lovely layers of chocolate crunch, creamy fondant, sticky toffee, caramel and peanuts.
I haven’t made one (yet), having just got the hang of cheesecake, of which we have just two pieces left.
Biscuit crumb base, mini marshmallows, cheesecake mix, more marshmallows.
Next one will have some fresh ginger grated into the base for tang, toffee or fudge mixed in with the cheesecake mix, and then some lovely fudge pieces on the top.
Can hardly wait!!!
