Paula has taken over the Three Things Challenge and given us
letter, seashells, yoga.What do you do to relax?
Do you enjoy yoga and benefit from its calming effects?
I always used to unwind writing letters to my Mum or friends, and actually wrote three letters this week which should arrive on their mats tomorrow. I hope they raise a smile.
Of course living by the coast, there is an abundance of seashells and we have a fair collection in our display case.
