My own Q&A

I did a fun post yesterday answering a trio of questions from various bloggers and then adding my own at the end.
I didn’t answer them!
So in case anyone is interested, here they are :

Q. What makes you more uncomfortable, being too hot or too cold?
Too hot definitely. When you’re cold you can add layers, but when hot there is only so much you can remove without being arrested.

Q. If you have siblings, do you sometimes wish you were an only child?
To be honest, no, even though things are not as family conscious as I’d wish.

Q. What makes you really angry?
Dog owners who don’t clean up after their pets, so called friends who are two-faced and slag you off behind your back, and people bleating on about not being able to manage on high salaries.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too. On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

I agree with you about the hot and cold….cold you can snuggle, hot you want the opposite which can often be disappointing.
Never thought about being an only child, I was one of four and produced six of my own.
    Ignorance makes me angry.

In my case it would be, if you had siblings would you wish you were an only child? I don’t think so. It got a bit lonely.

  3. I’ve always said my internal ‘thermostat’ (inside ME) was out of kilter..because I’ve ALWAYS been ‘too hot’. When it’s chilly outside, I wear a sweater when other folks are donning their winter coats…and in my own home? I have the fan on sometimes in the middle of winter, and I run around in as little as possible. Hot flashes when menopause came knocking were a literal nightmare..I couldn’t sleep and I’d wake up drenched with night sweats and at work I was miserable because generally I was too warm. I think some of us are just made for nudist colonies or such… 😉 heheh

    • I’m nearly always too hot and wear tee shirts even in th winter unless we go out and then a woolly goes on. As for hot flushes……… yeah, my meds gave me those back, but Hubby says at least he can snuggle up as his hot water bottle never gets cold! Oh well, I have my uses!!!
