Professor Gruff was wrapping up his presentation, which had been met by various guffaws from his not-too-impressed audience. At least the Apes weren’t as gnathonic as the gibbons from yesterday.

The Professor held up a gauze pouch.
“This contained what could only be described as gizzards from creatures that once grazed on earth. I believe such were kept as either pets or food by the Humans.’
‘Probably someone’s lunch then,’ sniggered someone from the back row.
The Professor sighed.
