I wonder how she’s feeling this morning?
I bet she’s been up since the early hours, probably cursing the weather and hoping it will at least stay dry for the photos.
Will she have a good breakfast, or will she be too excited to eat?
Has she had her shower or a luxury bath, pampering herself with all the things ladies do with razors, body scrubs and lotions, checking for zits and pimples.
Then you’ve got the makeup team and hair faffers dressers to contend with, the cake and the flowers all have to be arranged.
Someone else will be seeing to the guests and another organising the little horrors of bridesmaids and page boys.
Finishing touches to the frock, and away she’ll go, into the dazzling spotlight of the world.
I wish her luck!

Our day has started like any other, it was beautiful sunshine first thing so the washing’s been done, and now it’s raining. Damn!
Never mind. The launderette opened at 8 so Hubby’s gone up there to get things dry and I’ve done the housework, playing switcheroo with the sofas so that we balance out the wear at each end.
Not much planned otherwise, though we had hoped for a field trip today, especially as we don’t have to worry about dinner preparation, it being day 2 of our stew and Stewp.
Think I’ve overdone the fruit for breakfast as I feel bloated and gassy. If you put me in water I’d probably float like a lilo.
Since Tuesday’s treat of pizza and chips, I have been extra vigilant and attentive in my diet.
I did have a chicken and mushroom sandwich yesterday, allowing for the syns accordingly. Maybe that’s why I’ve got gas.
Hope the princess doesn’t let one rip during the service. Now that would be a talking point.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! Due to a nightmare of a house sale in 2014, 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat until April 2017. We made strong friendships both on and off the water, and enjoyed swan and duck families for neighbours. Sadly times change and we now reside in a small bungalow a short distance from the beach on the Lincolnshire coast.
