Linda’s Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “round.” Use it as a word by itself or find a word that contains it. Bonus points if you start and/or finish your post with it. Have fun!

Round pegs and square holes come to mind, different as chalk and cheese, black and white, ying and yang, hot and cold, right and wrong.
I once described my aunt as ’round’. She didn’t like it much, but it wasn’t said nastily, she just took it that way. However, from a young child’s point of view, it was an accurate description of her, as round she was with little legs sticking out from under her skirt and her head just slightly north of her ample bosom.
To be honest, she was a funny old stick, but her heart was in the right place. She found me hard work though, I suppose because I was independent at quite a young age and she believed children should be seen and not heard.
And whilst we’re going down memory lane, the best thing about round is the tuit.
I’m cheating a bit as I did a post on this three years ago, but the graphic is great.
See you around!

I love round tuits. These wonders are new to me and I can see they are the hole in my aspiration!
Every home should have one Geoff.
I’m now seeing them everywhere! I think it’s a sign I need to get on!!
