FOWC with Fandango — Inspire

What does it take to inspire you? Is it a photograph, memory, dream, piece of music or the courage or actions of another individual?
Regular readers will know I do a lot of challenges, and from photo prompts or word prompt such as this, inspiration takes a front seat.
I love to read other interpretations, a few have been along similar lines to my own, but most are totally different.

We often say that an unexpected solution to a problem was ‘inspired’, and Hubby can take full credit for a piece of ingenuity when he was in the computer repair business.
A customer was distraught when his elderly monitor gave up the ghost and he was unable to find a replacement that was compatible with his set up.
Hubby understood the problem completely, and put his thinking cap on.
He found an old TV screen up in the spares graveyard (aka attic) and set about modifying it to suit. It worked an absolute treat, and one very happy customer could not sing his praises loud enough.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have an elderly dog called Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

Your post has inspired me to come up with another word for a future FOWC with Fandango prompt, “ingenuity.”
