The New Number 10

No, Theresa May hasn’t quit or been fired, and this is nothing to do with Downing Street.
Yesterday, it took me practically all day in between housework, shopping, preparing meals and walking the dog to catch up with my blog. I posted 10 items, and finally called it quits just after 10.15 pm.

Back to normal now (I think, and no doubt you hope).
Sorry.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! In November 2020, we lost our beloved Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney. We now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of Kizzy, my GSD when Hubby and I first met so had hers done too. On February 24th 2022 we were blessed to find Maya, a 13 week old GSD pup who has made her own place in our hearts. You can follow our training methods, photos and her growth in my blog posts. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

  1. You posted ten items? Wow! Three in one day is my max and only one of them a longer writing.

    • With the challenges, I usually do about 5, but yesterday’s was an bit excessive because I hadn’t managed to keep up with our visitor here. When I first started, my posts were long and I didn’t get much interest, so now I try to keep them around 500 words or less (some challenges are 100 or 200) and have at least one that is ‘original’, even if it’s only about walking the dog! Hope you stick with me as you’re one of my newer followers and I would hate to frighten you away in boredom!

      • Thanks. I’d gladly read all your posts, but my problem is time. Wish I had time to read all the responses to the the prompts, too. Oh, how the daily minutes fly! My fault maybe, as I follow a few dozen blogs. 🙂
I won’t be reading anything or commenting for awhile, though, as we’re leaving Saturday for a HOLIDAY!

      • Have a wonderful time! And I really understand about the time thing.
