Today’s things are: tapestry, comedy, Big Apple
I invite you to imagine the following scene:
A tapestry hanging on the wall of an old castle depicting the downfall of villages and peoples past.
The story depicts a life of wealth and plenty, until the last few yards of fabric and interwoven images.
It was not a snake in the grass that killed them in their beds, but a giant worm, attracted by the smell of the orchards.
Not exactly a comedy sketch, but a worm coming out of a big apple immediately came to mind when I saw Teresa’s three words today.
Apologies to my American readers for not going with The Big Apple in my post today.
