Advance Warning

I’ve been extremely bad this week, and too embarrassed to fess up on whatever my weight change might be on Monday.
I have done everything wrong by eating all the wrong things at all the wrong times in all the wrong quantities, the only good thing being I’ve walked over 2 miles a day.
So, although I’m not giving up, I’m taking a cheeky hiatus next week from the Monday report.
Normal service (ish) will resume after Easter.

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination and wacky sense of humour which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and am a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! We have recently lost our beloved dog Maggie who adopted us as a 7 week old pup in March 2005. We decided to have a photo put on canvas as we had for her predecessor Barney, and now have three pictures of our fur babies on the wall as we found a snapshot of my GSD so had hers done too. From 2014 to 2017 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat where we made strong friendships both on and off the water. We were close to nature enjoying swan and duck families for neighbours, and it was a fascinating chapter in our lives. We now reside in a small bungalow on the Lincolnshire coast where we have forged new friendships and interests.

Better luck following the regime next week.

    • It’s my own fault, I’ve not just fallen off the wagon, but lost the horse as well.

LOL – you have got to be doing better than my husband … he looked great when he was focused on his diet, last year, but he fell off before Thanksgiving and now sort of looks like they should sell maternity tops for men… (Don’t tell him I said so.)

      • That’s funny! But I sympathise. I was doing great until my radiotherapy when I was told not to lose any more weight until the end of my treatment as the tattoos didn’t line up (dots, they wouldn’t give me pretty butterflies). I’ve maintained that within a couple of pounds either side, but just cannot get back into a steady loss again. Perseverance I guess. I’ve come too far to just quit. I’ll hit on a formula eventually by the law of averages if nothing else! We’re all different aren’t we.

Yes, everyone is different and IMHO that’s one thing that makes life very interesting. Good luck on finding the method that works for you! Hope you have a wonderful day/week.

      • You too. Our Sunday has started out brilliantly sunny so we are ignoring the rumour of a White Easter next week and working on our tans!! 😉

It’s sunny here, too, but that’s normal for us.
It would be simple to track that Easter bunny in snow…. 😉
