We are down to stay with MOH for the weekend in the hope of getting his central heating sorted prior to our move away.
Frank the Tank has had his winter top up, so now it’s just a case of removing the peg from the CH timer and changing a couple of radiators.
We haven’t seen him since dropping in on the way back from seeing my Mum on the 4th, but it’s his birthday so we can celebrate (especially as with Humphrey and everything else, we missed it last year!).
I’m looking forward to the usual thrashings.

When you move will you be able to see him or will the distance be considerably greater?
The new house is 157 miles away, so not a pop down the road job. Howeer, there is a vet in the village and we intend to introduce ourselves as soon as we move up. With no date at the moment, we should have time to get this matter resolved beforehand.
Oops, wrong post reply! MOH is 75 miles away from where we are now, so from the new house, it will be over 220 miles. Not a problem though as he will come up to see us, and we are always welcome to go down to him.
That is quite a bit farther!
He’s looking forward to beachy holidays though!
