I’ve walked Maggie three times today, including once up the High Street.
Hubby did the early one, donning waterproofs for the pair of them as it was tipping it down and has been for the majority of the day, so I’ve been lucky!
I took the above photo of Maggie smelling the flowers a couple of years ago.
She still does, so I was perhaps a little impatient for her to do her business so that we could get back before the next burst of rain.
Thoughts today have been of tonight’s weigh in.
N has been on holiday and not attended for a fortnight, so hopes she’s had a gain this time as she has continued to lose despite reaching her target some months ago.
Bless her, she comes to support me as I’m still struggling to get there, and I don’t think this week is going to be good for me. The most I can hope for is staying the same, but that’s doubtful, though it’s not as if I’ve been stuffing my face with all the wrong things.
I’ve had my fruit, I’ve had my veg, and I’ve checked the SW bible which confirmed that apart from blueberries and bananas, the fruit I’m having is speed food so that should be helping, not hindering.
These past couple of weeks I’ve had a different breakfast cereal as the one I preferred was out of stock, and I have tried to ring the changes to stop boredom setting in (and failed).
I’ve done a couple of foodie posts to check on portion size and variety, which is another ‘tool’ I use to keep me on plan and in check.
I’ve also kept up my exercise by walking the dog, so I feel I’ve ticked all the boxes.
I’ve been honest in my food diary, and have over synned on 2 days. I am pleased to report though that my birthday box of Ferrero Rochet is still intact on the bedside cabinet.
Tune in later for the results.
