Saturday’s Mix–27 May 2017

This week’s image is by Eden Hills.
For the theme, check out Teresa’s post here:

The beach was deserted, and the properties that bordered it mainly in darkness, or at least had their curtains drawn.
Except one.
Bright lights drew my attention like a moth to a flame, and I couldn’t look away.
In truth I didn’t know whether to laugh or die with embarrassment.

She lay on the bed in a seductive pose, waiting.
By no means an oil painting or natural beauty, her smile was however inviting to her lover, who was preparing himself to fulfil either his or her fantasy.
In full Superman garb, he jumped off the tallboy dresser and covered them both with his cape as the wind carried her cries of ‘Oh Clarke’ and his ‘Lois’.
I stood getting my ankles wet in disbelief.
‘Lois’ was a stranger, but how on earth could I face my boss on Monday morning?

About pensitivity101

I am a retired number cruncher with a vivid imagination which extends to short stories and poetry. I love to cook and have a terrible sweet tooth. Best friends are Hubby, our dog Maggie, Bro in NZ, MSM and MOH (and his dog). I am also a bit of a dog whisperer as I get on better with them than people sometimes! Due to a nightmare of a house sale in 2014, 'Home' was a 41 foot narrow boat until April 2017. We made strong friendships both on and off the water, and enjoyed swan and duck families for neighbours. Sadly times change and we were once again house hunting until September. We now reside in a small bungalow a short distance from the beach on the Lincolnshire coast.

Too funny! I had a real life situation similar to this that involved “The Marlboro Man.” LOL
